- Due to the nature of the products listed on our website ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- Returns are not available.
- All dead on arrival (DOA) warranty claims must be made within 24 hours of the receipt of package.
- For RMA’s, please do not ship back anything without prior authorization from Stryke Airsoft.
- Any item(s) sent back without prior authorization or the RMA number clearly written on the package will not be processed and will be refused.
- All RMA returns must be accompanied with the issued RMA number on the package as well as any requested information (i.e. e-mail correspondence, written note of a summarized phone conversation with Stryke Airsoft).
- Please keep in mind that you are not our only customer, RMA's take time to process. In order to be fair to everyone all RMA's will be processed in the order that they are received.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all items authorized for return by Stryke Airsoft’s RMA Department.
- If you would like to cancel an order you must do so by calling or e-mailing Stryke Airsoft BEFORE shipment.
- Restocking fee and rate is subject to change at any time, at the discretion of Stryke Airsoft
- All upgrade parts are sold as is, all sales final, absolutely no exceptions.
- Shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping for any item(s) is not covered under any warranty, absolutely no exceptions.
- Removal of orange tip and/or the use of low quality BB's (found at sporting goods stores) voids any and all warranty.
